Electrical Site Manager – Education - London A leading and long-established building services contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across the UK, is seeking experienced Electrical Site Managers to join its growing project delivery team. With a strong reputation in the education and public sector, this organisation offers the opportunity to work on a portfolio of school projects across North and West London and the surrounding areas. Oversee and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
• Team & Subcontractor Coordination
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist trades to maintain efficient workflow and productivity on site
• Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
• Stakeholder & Client Liaison
Liaise closely with project managers, design teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain strong working relationships
• Progress Monitoring & Issue Resolution
Monitor progress against programme, providing regular updates and proactively
addressing delays or challenges to keep projects on track
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on similar construction projects
Must be based within a commutable distance of London
